Environmental Investigation and Remediation

GOSpectrum provides construction administration and management services for environmental, hazardous materials, and asbestos remediation projects. In many cases, our staff is already performing pre-construction activities such as mold and moisture mitigation, indoor air quality assessment, or abatement design and remediation, and managing the construction phase is a natural continuation of work.

GOSpectrum staff has managed all aspects of projects from site assessment, remediation design, remediation implementation, project permitting, site demolition, and site restoration. We track funding, scope and schedule, and project details as well as interact with subcontractors for remodeling/rebuild and demolition projects.

GOSpectrum is also equipped to serve as a general contractor through its association with Spectrum Services Group, Inc., which allows us to deliver turnkey projects that require environmental consulting and construction services. Spectrum Services Group, Inc., is 8 (a) and HUB Zone certified.

“Working with Ken [Jennings] was a real joy. He is a thoughtful, observant manager who works to bring a group to consensus. He can look at the details and the big picture and strike just the right balance. His analysis of an issue or a situation is right on target, and his creative solutions often saved the day. I would work with him again anytime!”
