Due Diligence Environmental Site Assessment

GOSpectrum helps clients navigate constantly evolving and expanding environmental requirements and the increasing emphasis on sustainability. Our staff’s substantial background in remedial investigation and feasibility studies for all types of vacant and developed properties helps clients reduce costs, avoid fines, and minimize costly corrective actions.

We provide strategic services to identify and mitigate environmental risks by employing our staff’s experience with greenhouse gas abatement strategies and requirements at the state, federal, and international levels for managing solid and hazardous waste such as e-waste, batteries, medical waste, and universal waste. GOSpectrum personnel also have a thorough working knowledge of the International Standards Organization (ISO) 14001 Environmental Management Systems and IRS Excise tax requirements concerning Ozone Depleting Chemicals (ODCs).

GOSpectrum’s complete turkey services for environmental contamination remediation consist of an initial assessment of the soil, groundwater, hazardous materials, or vapor intrusion contamination issues. Our personnel then design the appropriate remedial action considering a site’s physical parameters, applicable regulatory requirements, and client budgets. Once the proper remedial solution is selected, we pursue regulatory review to verify that the selected remedial action will be approved by State regulatory agencies at the completion of the site cleanup.

Our ultimate goal for environmental consulting work is to receive a decision of No Further Action (NFA) from the State regulatory agency.

We also assist with:

  • Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
  • Litigation Support
  • Site Operational and Ownership History (SOOH)
  • Washington State and Oregon Volunteer Cleanup Program Services

“I have worked with Miguel Ortega for the past 9 years. He has conducted numerous Phase 1 and Phase 2 investigations, soil drilling and sampling, tank locations, and tank decommissioning for me. His work is always on time and budget, and we have never had a problem with any of his findings. I would highly recommend Mr. Ortega and his environmental staff.”
